By using Showries, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You must be at least 13. You are responsible for activity on your account and the credentials you use. You can request deletion at any time from Profile → Edit profile → Delete account.
What you write
Reviews, comments and photos remain yours. You allow us to display and distribute them within Showries to the extent needed to provide the service. We do not sell them or use them to train models.
You agree to follow the community guidelines. We may remove content that breaks them and suspend or close accounts that continue to do so.
Film, TV and external services
Film and TV metadata comes from TMDB. Showries uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Streaming availability is provided by JustWatch and GIFs by Klipy. Showries does not host or play films or shows; it helps you keep track of them.
The service, as is
Showries is offered “as is”. We do our best to keep it available and reliable, but cannot guarantee that it will always be accessible or error-free. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
If these terms change
If we make a substantial change, we will tell you inside the app before it takes effect.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you use Showries as a consumer in the European Union, you keep the mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live and, for disputes, the courts of your place of residence remain available. In all other cases, the Italian courts have jurisdiction.
